We manage a network of vetted, licensed, and insured subcontractors to execute specialized trades including painting, flooring, and demolition. By using our services, you acknowledge that VanPro Property Solutions inc. acts as your primary point of contact and project supervisor, while specific physical labor may be performed by qualified third-party partners under our oversight.
3. Estimates & Contracting

Validity: All project estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and are subject to on-site verification.

Scope Changes: Any alterations to the original project scope must be documented in a written Change Order and may result in adjustments to the final price and timeline.

Permits: While VanPro Property Solutions inc. coordinates municipal permit filings, final approval and permit fees are the responsibility of the property owner unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract.
4. Payments & Financial Terms

Deposits: A percentage-based deposit is required before any project commencement to secure scheduling and materials.

Milestones: Larger projects are subject to a milestone payment schedule as outlined in the individual service agreement.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or project mobilization has begun.
5. Site Access & Safety

Access: Clients must provide unobstructed access to the work site during scheduled operating hours.

Safety Standards: VanPro Property Solutions inc. and its subcontractors strictly adhere to WorkSafe BC safety protocols. Clients and residents must remain clear of active construction zones to ensure personal safety.

Environmental Protection: We utilize dust containment systems and adhere to hazardous material awareness protocols for all demolition and renovation work.
6. Liability & Insurance

Coverage: VanPro Property Solutions inc. maintains active liability insurance and WorkSafe BC coverage, protecting clients from financial risk related to site accidents.

Subcontractor Vetting: We verify that all partner trades carry their own professional insurance and valid licenses where required by law.
7. Completion & Quality Guarantee

Multi-Point Inspection: Every project undergoes a final quality inspection by a VanPro Property Solutions inc. project manager to ensure it meets our "Pro Solutions" standards.

Move-In Ready: Our service includes post-construction cleaning and debris removal to ensure the site is immediately ready for use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation in British Columbia.
