Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project details, property access, and relevant approvals.
Ensuring that requested work complies with local building codes and legal requirements.
Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, added costs, or cancellation.
Estimates and Contracts
All cost estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract, which must be signed before work begins. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will require a written change order and may affect the final cost and timeline.
Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the milestones and deadlines outlined in your contract. Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of work, additional charges, or legal recovery actions. All deposits are final and non-refundable, except where a written agreement states otherwise.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to meet agreed timelines. However, project schedules may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, permit approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. Vanpro Property Solutions will not be held liable for delays outside our direct control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We are committed to the excellence of both our craftsmanship and the materials we use. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of service and materials selected. Warranty details will be provided in writing as part of your project agreement. Warranty claims are valid only if the work has not been altered or damaged by third parties.
Liability Limitations
Vanpro Property Solutions is not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural issues or defects not visible during inspection.
Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Secondary or resulting losses, including lost income or business disruptions. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the signed agreement.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
We adhere strictly to Canadian safety regulations and local building codes. Our team follows health and safety protocols to protect both workers and clients. Clients must ensure that the property is safe and accessible during scheduled work periods.
Cancellations and Termination
Either party has the right to cancel or end the agreement through written notice. If the client cancels after work has commenced, payment for completed services and materials will remain due. Vanpro Property Solutions reserves the right to terminate contracts in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of agreement.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Vanpro Property Solutions. Any use, reproduction, or sharing without permission is strictly forbidden.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Canadian courts located in British Columbia.
